For this critical equipment, we recommend using either AVIC Huaqiang or Weichuang brands for the inverter, while the controller itself can also be sourced from either AVIC Huaqiang or Weichuang. The inverter boasts exceptional features: it initiates operation with an inrush current below 100%, enabling smooth startup of the blower/compressor via variable-frequency control. Additionally, by optimizing load timing, users can further enhance energy efficiency and achieve rapid load response. In terms of specifications, the inverter delivers output power ranging from 37 kW to 700 kW, with efficiency levels reaching 96–98%. It operates at an initial frequency of 8–12 kHz and can modulate output frequencies between 800 Hz and 1200 Hz. The voltage tolerance range is 305–500 V, while the operating temperature remains stable between 10°C and 45°C. Cooling options include water-cooling or air-cooling systems. Paired with an intuitive status-monitoring and operational-control interface, this setup ensures comprehensive protection, guaranteeing efficient and reliable equipment performance under all conditions.
