Product Introduction
The motor is the core component of the air-bearing blower, featuring a high-speed Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor designed in-house. It delivers exceptional efficiency—exceeding 97%—ensuring high-power output and enabling the equipment to operate with maximum effectiveness. Thanks to its "direct-drive" design, the system eliminates the need for a gearbox, significantly reducing energy losses. Additionally, a lightweight design further enhances energy efficiency. In terms of specifications, the motor’s speed range spans from 15,000 to 200,000 rpm, with an efficiency rating of at least 97%. It also boasts an H-Class insulation rating (up to 180°C). For startup, the motor employs variable-frequency control, while cooling is primarily achieved through air cooling (with water-cooling options available for select models). The motor’s robust structure includes key components such as the rotor and stator, and cross-sectional diagrams clearly illustrate its intricate internal architecture.
