Product Introduction
The impeller is the core component of the air-bearing blower, boasting exceptional performance and superior manufacturing precision. In terms of efficiency, its proprietary design—developed using advanced aerospace turbine engine technology—combines an optimal specific speed concept (which considers dimensions like impeller size and rear skew angle) to achieve a system efficiency as high as 75%. To rigorously validate the design’s stability, the impeller underwent testing at 120% of its rated rotational speed. In terms of manufacturing and materials, cutting-edge precision machining techniques are employed: For applications requiring high-speed rotation, the impeller is crafted using forging processes. The material of choice is lightweight, highly stable Al7075 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, though titanium alloy can also be used in compressor applications where even greater durability is needed. Additionally, a state-of-the-art 5-axis machining center ensures minimal tolerances during production, while comprehensive anti-oxidation and corrosion-resistant treatments further enhance both the impeller’s performance and longevity.
