Product Introduction
The air suspension bearing is the core component of an air suspension blower, featuring a non-contact air bearing design. Based on fluid dynamics principles, it achieves friction-free operation by generating robust hydrodynamic pressure between the high-speed rotating rotor and the flexible foil-shaped bearing elements. Thanks to this air-film support system, lubrication is unnecessary, eliminating mechanical wear during operation and significantly reducing energy consumption. The assembly primarily includes components such as radial bearings and thrust bearings, complemented by clear schematic diagrams of the air bearing structure that vividly illustrate the internal layout.
