Pioneering the air‑suspension energy‑saving equipment sector: AVIC Huaqiang has entered into a strategic partnership with the Chongqing Municipal Energy‑Saving Technology Service Center, covering its entire range of energy‑saving products.

To seize the opportunities presented by green and low‑carbon development and to integrate the entire value chain—from energy‑saving technology R&D and practical application to industrial services—recently, Zhang Rong, Chairman of Guizhou Zhonghang Huaqiang Technology Co., Ltd., led a delegation to the Chongqing Energy‑Saving Technology Productivity Promotion Center (Chongqing Energy‑Saving Technology Service Center) for a symposium and exchange. A formal cooperation agreement was also signed, officially establishing a deep strategic partnership between the two parties to jointly support the transformation and upgrading of industrial energy conservation and carbon reduction in the Southwest region.

In-depth discussions to jointly explore new pathways for green and energy-efficient development.

At the symposium, both sides engaged in an extensive discussion on key issues, including current pain points in the industrial energy‑saving market, the application of high‑efficiency energy‑saving equipment and technologies, the implementation of regional energy‑saving projects, policy consulting and energy‑efficiency assessment services, as well as the commercialization of research‑industry‑university‑collaboration outcomes.

The Guizhou AVIC Huaqiang team provides a detailed overview of the company’s core strengths: Leveraging its deep expertise in aerospace precision manufacturing, the company focuses on the R&D and production of high-end, energy‑efficient equipment such as air‑suspension blowers. Guided by the values of “Dream, Integrity, Quality, and Pragmatism,” it employs state‑of‑the‑art technologies to address industrial environmental challenges and energy‑consumption issues. With cutting‑edge energy‑efficiency forecasting capabilities and well‑established, cost‑effective energy‑saving solutions, the company helps energy‑intensive sectors—including chemicals, wastewater treatment, metallurgy, and building materials—achieve substantial reductions in energy use and significant efficiency gains. It is committed to co‑creating a green, low‑carbon industrial ecosystem with partners across the value chain.

The head of the Chongqing Energy Conservation Technology Service Center expressed high recognition of AVIC Huaqiang’s advanced energy‑saving equipment technologies. As a leading, locally‑based public service platform for energy conservation in Chongqing, the Center also serves as the Industrial Energy Conservation and Green Development Evaluation Center and the Practice‑Teaching Base of the School of Power Engineering at Chongqing University. It offers comprehensive, professional services, including policy interpretation, energy‑efficiency diagnostics, evaluation of energy‑saving projects, cultivation of green factories, promotion of energy‑saving technologies, and research on industry standards. The Center boasts an extensive network spanning industrial enterprises across the city, supported by a team of highly qualified technical experts.

Both parties agreed that, at present, the industrial sector is experiencing strong demand for energy‑saving upgrades; however, the implementation of high‑quality energy‑efficiency technologies faces challenges such as information barriers and inadequate supporting services. AVIC Huqiang’s robust capabilities in manufacturing energy‑efficient equipment are highly complementary to the Center’s strengths in public services, market channels, and policy support, creating substantial opportunities for collaborative synergy. At the event, a simultaneous meeting was held with Du Guohua, Executive Director of Shanghai Changran Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd., and the three parties exchanged ideas on cross‑regional collaboration for energy‑saving projects and integrated equipment‑support services.

Signing and implementation have established a new paradigm of integrated government–enterprise–industry–service collaboration.

Following the symposium, the formal signing ceremony for the cooperation agreement was held. In the presence of the participating leaders from both sides, Zhang Rong, Chairman of Guizhou AVIC Huaqiang Technology Co., Ltd., and a representative of the Chongqing Energy Conservation Technology Service Center signed the strategic cooperation agreement in turn, exchanged copies of the signed document, and posed for a group photo, marking a substantive and pivotal step forward in their collaboration.

Under the terms of the agreement, the two parties will establish a long-term, stable, and comprehensive strategic cooperation framework, with collaboration spanning four core areas:

  1. Joint Technology Promotion Leveraging the center’s platform and distribution channels, we are comprehensively promoting the full range of energy‑saving equipment from AVIC Huaqiang—air‑suspended and magnetic‑levitation products—targeting industrial enterprises in Chongqing and the broader Southwest region. This includes core offerings such as air‑suspended blowers, air‑suspended compressors, air‑suspended vacuum pumps, air‑suspended chillers, magnetic‑levitation blowers, magnetic‑levitation compressors, and air‑suspended oxygenators. In addition, we are jointly organizing energy‑efficiency technology seminars and conducting on‑site energy‑performance diagnostics for participating companies.
  2. Collaborative Implementation of Energy-Saving Projects The Center serves as the liaison for AVIC Huaqiang’s transformation projects targeting high‑energy‑consumption enterprises in the region, offering end‑to‑end support that includes preliminary energy‑efficiency assessments, project‑proposal validation, and guidance on policy‑application procedures. In addition, AVIC Huaqiang provides its clients with customized, cost‑effective energy‑saving equipment solutions.
  3. Industry–University–Research Collaboration and Innovation : By leveraging resources from Chongqing University’s School of Power Engineering and other universities, we will conduct joint research and development and experimental validation of cutting-edge technologies for industrial energy conservation and consumption reduction, and establish model demonstration projects for energy-saving equipment.
  4. Co-building a Green Industrial Ecosystem : Jointly conduct research on regional energy‑saving industrial policies, compile industry‑specific energy‑efficiency application case studies, and collaboratively cultivate model green manufacturing enterprises, thereby helping local authorities achieve their dual control targets for energy consumption and carbon emissions reductions.

Hand in hand for mutual success, empowering the green, high-quality development of Southwest China’s industrial sector.

This strategic cooperation agreement marks a powerful alliance between a manufacturing‑oriented enterprise and an official energy‑efficiency public service platform.

Zhang Rong, Chairman of Guizhou AVIC Huaqiang, stated that leveraging aerospace technology to advance green and energy‑efficient solutions is the company’s long-term strategic direction. Through this collaboration with the Chongqing Municipal Energy‑Saving Technology Service Center, the company will fully capitalize on its advanced equipment and technological capabilities, while drawing on the Center’s professional expertise and local resource advantages. This partnership will bring high‑efficiency, energy‑saving equipment to more industrial facilities, helping enterprises genuinely reduce production energy consumption and lower operating costs, thereby fulfilling the company’s mission: “To create value by addressing environmental protection and efficiency challenges, and achieving win‑win outcomes with our customers.”

A relevant official from the Chongqing Energy Conservation Technology Service Center stated that the introduction of advanced energy-saving technologies and products from AVIC Huaqiang will enrich the local supply of energy-saving solutions and address gaps in the provision of high-end energy‑saving equipment and related implementation services. Moving forward, the Center will fully leverage its role as a bridge and facilitator, establishing seamless channels among technology providers, enterprises, and policymakers, and leveraging market‑driven collaboration to scale up industrial energy‑efficiency upgrades, thereby supporting Chongqing—and the broader Southwest region—in steadily achieving a green and low‑carbon transformation across the industrial sector.

Looking ahead, the two parties will take this signing as a fresh starting point to swiftly advance the implementation of the first batch of joint energy‑saving projects, continuously deepen multi‑dimensional collaboration across technology, market, and services, and, driven by a dual engine of cutting‑edge technology and professional services, inject strong momentum into the realization of regional “dual carbon” goals.
