Our company’s independently developed, patented air-suspension centrifugal blower (single-stage high-speed centrifugal fan) represents a completely new concept in blower technology. It integrates three core, cutting-edge technologies—ultra-high-speed direct-drive motor, air-suspension bearings, and a high-precision single-stage centrifugal impeller—thereby ushering in a new era of high-efficiency, high-performance, low-noise, and low-energy-consumption blowers. This next-generation, high-tech civilian product is the result of meticulous research and development drawing on extensive experience in aerospace turbomachinery design.
The air-suspension-bearing, double-inlet high-speed centrifugal blower is a highly efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly product. It features a simple mechanical structure, few moving parts, robust control performance, and easy maintenance. Equipped with automotive-grade, oil-free, high-reliability hydrodynamic air-suspension bearings, it operates with zero friction and minimal mechanical losses. Leveraging advanced permanent-magnet synchronous motor technology, it can reach a maximum speed of 200,000 rpm and achieve full-speed operation in just 5 seconds. The motor efficiency is as high as 97%, meeting the dual Level-1 energy-efficiency standard. The blower employs a wide-condition, high-efficiency three-dimensional flow impeller that breaks through key design barriers for low specific-speed applications, delivering exceptional efficiency. Its integrated, specially designed housing ensures noise levels below 75 dB(A) and vibration amplitudes under 12 μm. With stepless speed regulation, the blower can be rapidly started and stopped, supporting more than 200,000 continuous start–stop cycles.

Leveraging its expertise in aerospace turbomachinery design and military-grade precision manufacturing capabilities, the product integrates three core technologies: gas-dynamic-pressure air bearings, high-speed permanent-magnet synchronous motors, and three-dimensional flow impellers. Upon startup, the rotor forms a high-pressure gas film on the bearing surface, enabling oil-free, contactless, and frictionless high-speed operation—eliminating the need for lubrication systems altogether. This ensures that the conveyed gas remains 100% clean, perfectly meeting the stringent cleanliness requirements of high-purity processes. Compared with conventional vacuum pumps, this solution delivers energy savings of 30% to 40%, boasts a design life of over 20 years for its core components, operates at noise levels below 85 decibels, and features an integrated, compact structure that occupies only one-third to one-fifth the footprint of traditional models. This product series incorporates several core technologies, including hydrodynamic gas bearings, high-efficiency permanent-magnet synchronous motors, two-stage compression, and interstage subcooling, delivering oil-free, high-efficiency operation, exceptional stability and reliability, significant cost savings, low noise, and environmental friendliness—features that place it at the forefront of global technology.
