[Case Study] AVIC Huaqiang Air-Suspension Blower Operates Steadily: Parameters Meet Standards and High Efficiency & Energy Saving Receive On-Site Recognition

Release date:

Jan 14,2026

Recently, the Aeronautical Huqiang air-bearing blower has completed installation and commissioning in the auxiliary equipment room of a certain project and has now entered a phase of normal, stable operation. As shown by the data on the equipment’s intelligent monitoring screen as of January 10, 2026, all operational parameters are within the optimal range, providing efficient and reliable power support for the project’s fluid transport system.

Recently, the Aeronautical Huqiang air-bearing blower has completed installation and commissioning in the auxiliary machine room of a certain project and has now entered a phase of normal, stable operation. As shown by the data on the equipment’s intelligent monitoring screen as of January 10, 2026, all operational parameters are within the optimal range, providing efficient and reliable power support for the project’s fluid transport system.

Project Background: Rapid Adaptation in the Context of Construction Completion

The project is currently in the final stage of completing its supporting facilities (as shown in the site photos, the machine room still retains its post-construction appearance). Its fluid delivery system must simultaneously meet two key requirements: “rapid on-site pipeline connection” and “long-term, low-energy operation and maintenance.” Following a comprehensive evaluation of various solutions, the AVIC Huaqiang air suspension blower—with its features of “oil-free suspension technology plus intelligent monitoring”—has emerged as the project’s preferred equipment.

Measured data: All indicators confirm high efficiency and stability.

According to the real-time data from the device intelligent monitoring screen (2026.01.10 09:51), the device is operating in excellent condition:

  • Core output: System pressure of 43.2 kPa and exhaust flow rate of 21.6 m³/min, precisely matching the fluid delivery requirements of the project.
  • Energy consumption performance: The drive output is only 16.70 kW, representing a reduction of more than 30% in energy consumption compared to conventional Roots blowers under the same operating conditions.
  • Operational Stability: The motor temperature is 49.6℃, and the system temperature is 42.1℃—both within the safe operating range with no abnormal fluctuations.

On-site implementation: Achieving both rapid adaptation and intelligent operations & maintenance.

In response to the on-site conditions for the completion of data center construction, the AVIC Huaqiang technical team efficiently completed two key tasks:

  1. Pipe adaptation The equipment connects smoothly with the red main pipeline already laid on site (see site photos for tight pipe connections), enabling rapid installation even in non-standardized environments.
  2. Smart Debugging Synchronously enable the device’s built-in MCGS monitoring system to achieve real-time visualization of parameters such as pressure, flow rate, and energy consumption, thereby reducing later operation and maintenance costs.

Case Study: Low Consumption and Stable Performance Earn On-Site Customer Approval

As of now, the equipment has been operating continuously and stably for several days, with all parameters consistently meeting the design standards. It not only satisfies the project’s power requirements for fluid transportation but also receives high praise from the on-site management team for its features of “low energy consumption + easy maintenance.”

In this case, the AVIC Huaqiang air-bearing blower once again demonstrated its reliable value in practical engineering applications through real-world performance that meets data standards and is well-suited to specific scenarios.
